What to do if sync stops working?

Sometimes sync stops because of conflict in multiple devices.

1. Restart device once, in which you have sync problem.

2. If sync problem is still there after restarting device then try by deleting Local cache data.

You can find it from: App settings >> delete local cache(Only if you are using iCloud as data storage) >> and wait until your whole data sync.

3. If you still persist with sync problem the please try by deleting iCloud data by following steps.

-Take the backup from the device where all data are up to date and put it outside of the app (For safety purpose)
-Delete the iCloud data for Moon Invoice app from the device (From System Settings >> iCloud >> Manage >> Moon Invoice app >> Delete Document and Data)
-Here it will delete all your Moon Invoice iCloud data. And wait for some time until all your data disappears from the device.
-After this restart your all devices where you are using Moon Invoice app.
-Then restore that backup file in any one device and then wait for some time to sync all data across devices.
