If you feel that Moon Invoice isn't the right invoicing platform for your business after trying it out, inform us within 90 days from the date of payment, and we will issue you a full refund.
Kindly note that refunds won't be available after 90 days, and partial refunds are not issued.

For Apple

Apple currently handles all purchases and refunds in the iTunes App Store. To request and receive a refund, you'll need to contact Apple directly. The user can do this through their purchase receipt or application store. Listed below is the step-by-step guide

  1. Visit https://getsupport.apple.com/ (https://getsupport.apple.com/)
  2. Go to iTunes > iTunes Store
  3. Click on "Purchases Billing and Redemption."
  4. Click on the iTunes Store account billing
  5. Choose how you would like to contact Apple (by email, chat, or talk to Apple support now; schedule a call)

For Windows

Like Apple, even Windows processes all the refund requests via Microsoft Account. Listed below is the step-by-step guide:

  1. Sign in to your Microsoft Account.
  2. From the top menu bar, select Payment & Billing> Order History.
  3. Navigate to your Moon Invoice app purchase and select "Request a refund."

For Android

Google Play Purchases and PayPal: To process your refund for Google Play Store or PayPal, we request you contact them first and place your refund request. Furthermore, we will require the following information to return your money:

  1. Sign in to your Microsoft Account.
  2. From the top menu bar, select Payment & Billing> Order History.
  3. Navigate to your Moon Invoice app purchase and select "Request a refund."
  4. Once you have submitted your refund request, please allow 10 business days for the refund to process. The refund will be returned in the same method of payment used for the purchase.

For Web App (PayPal)

The user needs to follow the below PayPal Refund procedure for the PayPal refund procedure.

  1. Login into your PayPal Account
  2. Tap on Activity at the top of the page.
  3. Select All Transactions
  4. Tap on the Payment that you wish to refund.
  5. Click on 'Issue my refund.'
  6. You will be asked to enter the refund amount in total or partial. Please enter the amount.
  7. Select Issue Refund.

User Data Retention Policy

How Long Can Users Retain an Account Post Deletion?

After the deletion of the account, the user will have a 90-day window to restore the account. After 90 days, the account will be permanently deleted from our backup.
