The new update brings convenience to managing sales and purchases separately as we have divided the side menu into two options Sales and Purchases. Moreover, time logs are directly linked to project activities. Users can now avail of simple time tracking, project management, and reporting actions. Now it is easy to get insight into the details and analyze the data by accessing summary reports under the report section.

Indian users can now make their GST return filing process more efficient with our new ‘GSTR-3B report’ feature. Furthermore, tracking and analyzing company-wise purchase orders is now easy with our new ‘Purchase Order by Company’ option available in the reports section. Making it easy to view all the details systematically. Additionally, organizing the payment schedule and agreement is much more flexible with new ‘payment terms options’. In the new version, the reports section includes a ‘Group by’ option for more systematic and informative data analysis. Additionally, users can now expand the reports to a more detailed view as we have made the report list collapsible.

Well Organized Project Based Billing
The new update enables users to streamline project-based billing. They can select projects when creating an invoice. Furthermore, it is now easy to copy Delivery Challans to invoices for more efficient processing. No need to switch to the invoice section as users can check the invoice details by clicking the invoice number on the existing screen of the Delivery Challan section. Additionally, it is now easy to track and analyze sales data based on product categories, thanks to a new comprehensive ‘Sales Report by Category feature’.

Invoice Report Converted to Sales Report and New Merge Option Available
Now, the invoice report has been converted to the sales report. Sales receipts, invoices, and credit notes are available as filters under this sales report. Users can easily merge data of multiple companies or contacts into one through our ‘New Merge Option’. It is especially beneficial when a user accidentally makes duplicate companies or contacts.

Expense management has been enhanced by introducing category filters in the expense list. Choose the category and categorize the expense for better understanding. It's now possible to hide item notes by disabling notes available in the PDF settings. We have added a new ‘Default Due Date’ option in contacts to simplify the process. You can set the due date for each customer through the navigating settings zone.
