Category Filter and Default Due Date
Expense management has been enhanced by introducing category filters in the expense list. Choose the category and categorize the expense for better understanding. It's now possible to hide item notes by disabling notes available in the PDF settings. We have added a new ‘Default Due Date’ option in contacts to simplify the process. You can set the due date for each customer through the navigating settings zone.

Improved Category Management
Contacts have been categorized as Customer for Sales and Vendors for Purchases for better understandability. It is now easy to format the bank details as per the choice within the company profile. This makes it possible to highlight bank details effortlessly as per the requirement. Professionals can now represent the products and expenses in desired categories with a new category management concept.

The newly added 'Data Filter' option makes it possible to filter out the data from the last 12 months effortlessly. Moreover, the new 'Category' option is available in both the Products and Expenses fields for well-organized details. Users can quickly add Services and Products to the line item. Stock Warning and Automate Change Calculation
Now, make timely inventory management. The 'Stock Warning' feature makes you alert about low stocking and helps you to maintain a satisfactory stocking level. Also, we have added a ‘Customer Paid’ and ‘Change Amount’ option that automates the change/return calculation. The new ‘QR code’ option makes it easy to scan and enhance the pay functionality. The latest or most used payment method will now appear at the top for the convenience of the user. Moreover, the added filter option makes access easy.

We are now offering improved customization by incorporating a 'New Template' in the template section. Moreover, company owners can now set the signature through the ‘Added Signature’ option in My Profile. Signatures can be of both invitee users and the company. The latest update makes it possible to categorize products and expenses separately. Professionals can now format the bank details within the company profile and make them highlight as per the need.
