Moon Invoice Terms of Use

Welcome to our terms of use page. These terms of use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Moon Invoice (“Application/Software”) provided by Moon Technolabs Pvt Ltd (Company, we, our, us). By using our application, you are bound to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our application.

Use of Application

To utilize our application, you need to sign up and create your account. You need to log in to your account using your credentials. Thus, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. The software is intended solely for accounting use, and you must utilize it for invoicing and related activities.


Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Also, you are responsible for all activities under your account.


Eligibility

To use our application, you must be at least 13 years of age. If you are below 13 years of age, you must use the application with your parents' or guardians' consent. By using the application, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.


User Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data, content, and information that you create, upload, or store using the Application, including invoices, customer details, and business records (“User Data”).

By using the Application, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access, use, process, and store your User Data solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your User Data, and will not use, sell, or share your data with third parties except:

  • As required to provide the Service (e.g., integrations)
  • As required by law or legal process
  • With your explicit consent

You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy and legality of your User Data

Acceptable Use Restrictions

Subscription and Billing

  • Auto-Renewable Subscription

    • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period .
    • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
    • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings (e.g., in the App Store or Google Play).

  • Payments

    • All payments are processed through the respective app marketplace.
    • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Refunds

    • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a money-back guarantee within the first 90 days.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Application are ours. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Application without prior permission.


Data Security & Privacy

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.


Third-Party Services

The service may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways). We are not responsible for third-party services or their policies.


Termination
