If you connect third-party AI tools or applications to Moon Invoice, you are responsible for reviewing the permissions granted and authorizing access only to the data and actions required for your intended use.
To use our application, you must be at least 13 years of age. If you are below 13 years of age, you must use the application with your parents' or guardians' consent. By using the application, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.
You retain full ownership of all data, content, and information that you create, upload, or store using the Application, including invoices, customer details, and business records (“User Data”).
By using the Application, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access, use, process, and store your User Data solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Service.

Moon Invoice may support integrations with third-party AI tools and applications through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar technologies. Depending on the permissions granted and features supported, these integrations may access, retrieve, create, or update data in your Moon Invoice account to carry out your instructions. Relevant data may be processed by the connected AI provider in accordance with its applicable terms and privacy policy. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs and verifying important actions. You may revoke an integration's access through the available settings or authorization controls.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moon Technolabs Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted.
We strive to ensure uninterrupted service, but do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.
